The former CVS Pharmacy space in Market Place at Town Center is being redeveloped into a new store-within-a-store concept featuring Emigh Ace Hardware and Emigh’s Outdoor Living. The 23,000-plus square foot location will include approximately 12,000 square feet dedicated to Ace Hardware and about 6,500 square feet for outdoor living products, with plans to open in early to mid-spring. The project is expected to bring 20 to 30 new jobs to the area.
Emigh Ace Hardware, part of the Ace Hardware cooperative, has deep Sacramento roots dating back to 1908. The new El Dorado Hills location will offer a wide range of home improvement supplies and services such as key cutting and lock servicing, along with patio furniture, grills, and outdoor living essentials, helping fill a retail gap in the local market.
