Vacanza Romana was built on the idea that everyone should be able to experience the flavors, taste and atmosphere of our beloved Rome, Italy. Rome is said to be the melting pot of Italy, where bold  eccentric flavors of the north, and bright , vibrant flavors of the south are harmoniously mixed in all elegance  with central techniques and taste.

Vacanza Romana was made with the idea of honoring the heritage of Italy all while sustaining farms and local providers around California valleys. We hope to provide a sense of hospitality unable to find anywhere else other than your own table. To nurture the sense of warmth, community and family.
