Terri Kanellis

Corporate Controller

In 1986 the beautiful rolling hills of El Dorado Hills drew Terri here, and she has been a resident ever since. Terri’s financial experience has included over 9 years as an Enrolled Agent and Accountant with two separate Sacramento-based CPA firms, her own business, Kanellis Accounting, and Tax Services, for 9 years during which she was with Town Center developer as a consultant. Terri left El Dorado Hills for a short period to take a controller position with a manufacturing company. She continued as a controller with a residential real estate construction company until the project was completed. In December 2001, Terri’s love for El Dorado Hills brought her back to the Town Center development as Controller.

Terri has been an active member of the El Dorado Hills community and its growth through her participation with the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce and El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce; being President on both Chamber Boards. She continues her goal to help El Dorado Hills effectively grow with her position on the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce Government Relations Committee, as well as her continued involvement within the business community.

Dawn Bricker

Vice President, Broker / Property Manager

Dawn Bricker is the broker of record and Vice President of property management for Town Center Management Group, Inc. With two decades’ experience in the field, she has successfully brokered a myriad of deals across all commercial real estate sectors. Specializing in retail and office leasing, Dawn oversees all lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments as well as tenant related legal matters for the properties managed by Town Center Management Group. Known for her approachability, rigorous work ethic, strategic mindset, and innovative approach, she is passionate about helping businesses thrive by securing the optimal premises for their success and negotiating mutually beneficial contracts.

A Folsom native, Dawn now resides in El Dorado Hills with her three children, two dogs, and two cats. In her free time, she loves getting lost in a captivating novel, enjoying live music, and creating cherished memories filled with love and laughter with her friends and family.

Jennifer Stephens

Vice President of Facilities

Jennifer Stephens is a seasoned Property/Facilities Manager for Town Center Management Group with 20 years of commercial real estate experience. She offers an expansive skill set including property management, facilities management, construction management, association management & leasing assistance. She has a proven track record of immense customer service and client satisfaction.

Prior to joining TCMGI, she managed over 1M square feet of commercial properties including Class A & B Office, Flex-Tech, Industrial, and Retail for Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. in the Greater Sacramento area. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all buildings, she thrived upon using her ingenuity to provide creative solutions in nurturing tenant/vendor relationships. She helped organize and manage tenant improvements and large capital expenditures such as HVAC overhauls, roof replacements, parking lot paving, and full-building renovations.

Jennifer currently holds a California Real Estate License and is affiliated with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Nina Watkins

Vice President of Marketing Operations

With over 20 years of experience in property management, Nina is dedicated to building community and fostering collaboration with local businesses. Her goal is to create synergy that showcases El Dorado Hills Town Center as a premier destination for residents and visitors alike.

Nina finds inspiration in the rolling hills, breathtaking sunsets, and the unique gatherings that make El Dorado Hills so special. She enjoys building relationships with the people and businesses that bring this vibrant community to life.

In her commitment to fostering creativity and connection, Nina established an art gallery in Building 102 at the Atrium in 2024. This space highlights local artists and provides a place for community to come together reflecting her passion for celebrating the charm and spirit of El Dorado Hills.

Barbara Whitson

Director of Financial Operations

Barbara Whitson is our Director of Financial Operations with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Barbara is responsible for the delivery of all annual budgets and common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliation activities for the 300,000+ square feet of premium retail, office, and restaurant space along Town Center Boulevard as well as the 500,000 square feet of commercial businesses for the property owners within the Town Center development.

Barbara received her BA in Psychology from California State University, Chico in 2002. Barbara has worked in residential and commercial property management since graduation and currently holds a California Real Estate License.

Victoria Lowder

Accounting Manager

Victoria has over 30 years of varied Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience, from Construction/Development to Third Party Management, with Lincoln Property Company in Orlando, Florida, and Legacy Partners Commercial in Foster City, California. Victoria joined the management team of the El Dorado Hills Town Center in January 2011.

As the Accounting Manager, Victoria is responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting of the day-to-day accounting operations for the El Dorado Hills Town Center. She enjoys research, problem-solving, and mentoring.

Sarah Cookie

Facilities Manager

As the newly promoted Facilities Manager of Town Center Management Group Inc., Sarah is proud to support the needs of the vibrant Town Center community. Her diverse professional background and commitment to exceptional service guide her approach to managing facility operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant support. Sarah is known for her responsiveness, organization, and ability to resolve issues quickly. When a question requires additional expertise, she ensures a seamless handoff to the appropriate team member. By working closely with all departments—including maintenance, finance, and insurance—Sarah provides dependable guidance and ensures that the community’s facilities remain safe, efficient, and well‑managed.

Madelyn Schildmeyer

Assistant Property Manager

Madelyn Schildmeyer is the Assistant Property Manager at Town Center Management Group. Known for her positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and dedication to exceptional customer service, Madelyn plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Town Center. She contributes to a wide range of property management functions, including tenant relations, administrative operations, and property management support.

Madelyn graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2022 and currently holds a California Real Estate License. She has enjoyed calling El Dorado Hills home for the past 10 years and values being part of the community she serves.

Mike Hinkle

Head of Security

David (MIKE) Hinkle is the Head of Security here at El Dorado Hills Town Center. Mike has been in security since 1990 and has moved up in this field through different companies over the years.

Mike has worked at many of our Town Center events over the years with our Town Center staff and is well-known and liked by many in the community. He comes from a military family, which started his passion for security and community service. Mike’s other passions are kayaking, comedy, music, and movies. Mike is a great addition to the Town Center team.

Bill Shearer
