Concert Event Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following concert event guidelines. Thank you for helping our team to ensure a safe event for all.

Arrival & Entry Process

• Online link for Live on The Boulevard and July 3rd concert events goes live at 12 pm the day of the event.
• One number will admit a group of up to four people into the event with folding chairs.
• Line up at corner of Holiday Inn Express and Brickyard Counter and Bar in numerical order.
• Amphitheater will open at 5:30 pm.

Bag Policy

All bags are subject to search by event security.

Alcohol & Outside Beverages

• No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises in accordance with state and county regulations.
• Closed water bottles allowed.
• No water tumblers allowed.
• Any non-compliant items may refused at the entrance.
• Food coolers will be searched to ensure alcohol compliance.

Seating & Space Use

• Blankets, tables, and roping off of areas are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of shared public space and help us maintain an enjoyable setting for everyone.

Community Behavior

• Kind and courteous behavior is expected at all times.
• Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event.
